What is the "One-And-Done" league style?

In the "One-And-Done" league style, all NFL players are available to all teams, however each team can start a player only ONCE per season. 

Rosters do not carry over from week to week.  Team owners must establish a new roster each week of the season.

Commissioners can designate their league as a "One-And-Done" league via the Commissioner -> Manage League -> League Identity set up page.
